Who we are
SEO Machine is a client portal run by Dark Matter Studio for websites we build and look after. It shows how a website is doing on Google, in plain language. Questions: steventheperry@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google: only your email address, so we can check that you were invited. We never receive your password, and we can’t see your email, files, contacts, or anything else in your Google account.
- Your website’s statistics: totals from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, like searches, clicks, visits, and results, read through access you or your web team granted. These are numbers about your website, not information about individual visitors.
- Your website’s public pages, read the way Google sees them, to check what’s working on each page.
- Actions marked as done, so we can show your progress over time.
How we use it
Only to show your report, suggest improvements, and track progress. We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you’re a client. If you leave, we delete your site’s reports and your access within 30 days. You can also remove our access in Google Search Console and Google Analytics at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing steventheperry@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
